Tentative Schedule

Upon arrival, teams will be provided with an envelope including various event information and a game schedule which will be arranged by rounds, not tentative times; this is in the event of a delay of start or lag time between rounds. There will be volunteers who will assist you when queueing to the competition area approximately 5-10 minutes prior to your robot round schedule. We will confirm this with coaches prior to the start of the event. Please note, we will NOT have queueing playing fields/tables at this event. Queueing will take place in an area near the competition boards. Volunteers will escort teams to this area where the drivers (only) will wait until it is time to move to the appropriate game table.

Teams will also get an interview/judging schedule. This will be arranged by times. There will be volunteers to escort you to the interview areas, but please be aware of your judging times. If you find a conflict between robot rounds and interview, preference goes to the robot. Interviews are easily made up at the end of the interview schedule.
